Our Culture
We pride ourselves on our open, inclusive, proactive, challenging and unpretentious culture. We are not big on hierarchies, but are big on initiative – wherever it springs from. Our inclusive approach integrates our internal teams, our clients and our partner companies, as we believe this delivers the most effective and rewarding results. Across the year we run a series of company initiatives – work-related and social – which embody the Spirit of Initiative. In all areas we encourage a sense of big agency resource, small agency feel. Some of these are outlined below.

i-win awards
Our monthly awards scheme showcases and celebrates innovation and effectiveness across all areas of the business. All our people vote to decide the winning entry each month.

Initiative Academy
Our company-wide training activity provides learning and development opportunities at all levels. Our in-house and external programme was awarded one of the IPA’s Top 10 CPD Accreditation Awards for 2005.

Spirit of Initiative Awards
Individuals nominate their colleagues for a Spirit of Initiative Award. The recognition highlights acts of determination, inspiration and perspiration – the best examples of initiative.

Social Committee
Our resident social team, which includes our in-house creative team Innovation, devise and organise a series of themed events, many of which take place in the agency’s own café/bar.
